# Quickstart: Claude

Fold Trp-cage with ESMFold and download the structure.

## Claude Code

### 1. Connect

claude mcp add --transport http phi https://phi.dynotx.com/mcp
```

Then, in Claude Code, /mcp and choose authenticate: sign in with your Dyno account and choose the organization. Your client refreshes the token automatically.

#### Without a browser

### 4. Install Phi's skills

npx skills add dynotx/phi-skills
```

This installs the skills for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex in the current project. Add -g to install them for every project on the machine. The CLI command phi skills install does the same.

## Claude.ai

In Claude Science, open Settings, then Connectors, and Add connector. Choose Remote URL, name it phi, and paste this address. Sign in with your Dyno account when it asks and choose the organization. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an admin has to allow custom connectors first, under Organization settings, then Connectors. Your client refreshes the token automatically.
